I hope Nick can confirm Tb2 2009 ~ i've booked Feb off work as i think Nick said it would be 1st Feb, ferry from Portsmouth?
By sheer coincidence, some mates, my bro & i were up in the Lake District this weekend (very wet, but still fun), and went over to Kirkby Lonsdale to meet two young chaps (22/23) who'd just returned fron an RTW ( http://www.bikingforbarnardos.com/index.html). good on 'em! just as well, cos only about 20/30 local bikers turned up to ride the last leg home with them .... 'spect the rain was too much for most...anyway they did 18000 miles/105 days. not bad for lads who didn't have a licence until recently. bikes? VStrom 650's. heh heh...
Will see Nick et al at NEC (ps Nick, my mate wants to know if the 'outstanding' young lady will be in attendance?)

Steve, the ferries at that time of the year are few and far between sailings so the date could well be the 1st of Feb. That outstanding girl was "torry", i believe she will be there this year at the NEC. After nicks party she had adopted me and michele as her new parents, Sign of getting old eh??? Now become a father figure!!!!
Arrgggghhhh!!! was Torry at the party?? my mate will KILL me for not taking pictures! Still, at least he'll get plenty of ogling at the NEC now. (and he's CERTAINLY old enough to be Daddy...)
I'm dreading the ferry ~ '24 hours in a tin can' means not eating for at least 24 hours before!
If Daves her new father then I must be the Sugar Daddy!!! Whats happening with TB2?
Not sure on the TB2, nick is not replying to our e-mails, maybe he his very busy!!!

spoke to nick today, TB2 now end of jan early feb. If anybody is interested then contact nick, or me, or steve ASAP. Nick needs to get the numbers up to at least 10 before he commits.
